At Kayroclothes, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must have original tags and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
